Okay, I’m going to keep this short so I can grossly stereotype the entire world. I will say there are people who would read this book and others who won’t. Just by looking at the title. So, if this sounds like you then get it and read it. If not, see you on the next review. Thich Nhat Hanh has written A LOT of books. He’s a Zen master. I’m guessing this helps with the focus. And the fact he doesn’t have a phone and doesn’t use social media. It’s easy to talk about this book. More difficult to follow it’s teachings. “Silence” is a short, concise book because the message is so simply. It’s our entire culture that stands in the way.
