While taking, sharing, and viewing street photography is more ‘easily’ accessible than ever before, leaving that work as ones and zeros usually means a lot is left unseen, even by the photographers themselves. Join documentary photographer and serial photobook maker, Daniel Milnor, for a lesson in getting your images out of your hard drive and into your hands.
Daniel will walk us through his editing philosophy, not for a single image, but for bodies of work created with Fujifilm’s GFX100RF and X100VI. As well as utilizing the Instax Wide Evo for output and creative capture.
We’ll be delving into several bodies of Daniel’s imagery and the publications created with them. From notebooks to personal journals to print-on-demand magazines, we’ll explore the importance of giving physical form to our photos and, in turn, giving that work permanence.

Hey Dan, I think you said you did an X1006 talk as well recently, is that online somewhere mate?

It wasn’t really about the X100VI; it was about making books and journals. I had a slide at the beginning talking about why I like that camera, but that’s it.
