Normally, I would never show this book. My journals are for me. They represent truth, vulnerability, the hidden, and the forbidden. They are created with no public goals or rewards. Journals trade view count, fans, likes, and popularity for the gut check that comes when you analyze your actual thoughts. What do you believe? And how do those beliefs make you feel? If you craft your journals with an audience in mind you aren’t journaling. You are making work. There is a HUGE difference. If you have never done anything that is truly yours then start here my friends. And the best news of the day, there is no right or wrong.

Very cool. I’ve made one journal through Blurb, and it was a lot of fun. I think I went with the size down from that. I found it wasn’t the easiest to write in compared to say a moleskine (sp?), but maybe just takes some getting used to. I tried to make it functional ahead of some planned road trips. Tossed in a couple of maps, a couple of to do pages, important numbers, etc. Lots of fun and would definitely recommend people give it a try.

Cool. It’s a bit more difficult to use, for sure, but loading it with your own work is worth it.
