Create: Books I Love, Areoglyphic

The single most unique Blurb user I have ever discovered is Chloe Ferres. Australian. Dual-threat. Photography and design among many, many other things I’m sure she is skilled at. Her ability to design unique publications is truly something to behold, and this is saying something because there are A LOT of talented folks using this platform. I am focusing on ONE of her books but as you will see, she is responsible for more than a few beautiful titles. Areoglyphic is a 3D publication designed from an archive of imagery from Mars. The Zine comes in space-age looking envelop with 3D glasses and tends to blow the minds of viewers.

  1. DM! Thank you for your kind words.

There’s still a trail of crumbs on the internet (http://chloeferres.com.au/ + selected titles for sale at http://www.blurb.com/user/ChloeFerres) but when Art Fairs stopped, I started spending more time sewing quilts than books – it seems like a zag, but both are comprised of loose sheets (often printed and plant based) reconfigured into something greater than the sum of its parts…

P.S. You did plant the seeds for 3X300! Also, please cut your BOOM book, it’s worth it!
