Back with another Blurb tip, this time in regard to building for the platform. I’ve seen too many good people and too many talented people find reasons to NOT build something based on the idea the platform doesn’t offer some hyper-specific thing they think they need to move forward. Don’t be that person. Be the daredevil. Be daring. Be great.
If you can’t make anything good with what you’re offered, chances are you won’t be able to make anything good with what’s not offered. I think people who always want more from providers ultimately are just seeking a “creativity-less” and effortless solution. I agree that the magazine limitation is also its strength. I’m going back to magazine form for my next project.
